Just read this blog post in z district blog by Marzoug, and oh my god the guy from KEMSis fingering customers like they are criminals!! If you can’t handle the bandwidth don’t offer it, plain and simple. and also you are a service provider, I am paying for a service that works 24/7, I paid for maximum bandwidth for one year, so you cant really call me an abuser for using what I paid for, even if I use it non stop.
Plus you are an ISP, you just sell bandwidth, you don’t judge what I use it for or what I download, legal or not legal, telling me that downloading this stuff is illegal is out of your jurisdiction.
